Facebook Messenger AI Chatbot — n8n

An AI chatbot that answers a business's Facebook Page messages automatically. Built in self-hosted n8n: a webhook handles Meta's verification and incoming messages, shows the typing indicator while the AI works, and an AI Agent replies through the Messenger Send API. Each customer gets their own conversation memory, and the agent follows the business's product list, hours, lead times and payment options to answer questions and collect order details (name, contact, items, pick-up or delivery, time slot).

Portfolio AI Chatbot — n8n Webhook Agent

Built the AI assistant on this site. A React chat widget sends each message to a self-hosted n8n webhook, where an AI Agent answers from a curated knowledge base about my work, keeps short per-visitor memory, and returns the reply as JSON. The webhook only accepts requests from this domain, validates message length, and the agent is restricted to portfolio questions only.

StepDancePH Camp — Class Booking Platform

Built a booking site for a dance camp client, replacing their Google Form → Messenger → QR → chat loop with live slot availability, in-app booking, QR payment proof upload, owner approval, and automated confirmation emails. Postgres functions lock each class/product row so two people can't claim the same slot, Google sign-in gates owner access, and payment confirmations send through Gmail via a queued outbox with cron retries.

Hermes Agent Automation Workflow

Built a fully autonomous job-hunting pipeline on Hermes Agent — cron orchestration, Chrome CDP-based scraping, Google Sheets as the central state store, and Obsidian as the knowledge/output layer. Runs end-to-end every morning with no manual intervention: multi-step cron jobs hand off state between scripts, raw Chrome DevTools Protocol drives the browser (no Playwright/Selenium), a JSON fallback keeps the pipeline running if Sheets auth fails, and OAuth token scope is preserved across the full lifecycle.

Designed the data model and workflow for an internal retention & payroll-review tool used by VA Advocates and Operations: pre-call forms, a 10-item call console, automatic at-risk escalation, and hours sign-off — turning an ad hoc policy into one auditable record inside the existing employee platform.
